Scene Description:
After her divorce and getting the house in the settlement, Kagney has found herself lonely and has begun to rent out rooms in the house to relieve her boredom. Most of them have been young single men - and the latest visitor is a Spanish guy who is really hot, but unfortunately he is running out of rent money. She doesn't want to take advantage, but she thinks he may appreciate the proposition she has in mind
